Our first Labrador was a Xmas (1979) present from my husband. Labs have been part of our family ever since. We are a hobby kennel and have been breeding on and off for almost 30 years now. Although we have done little showing we have kept active with the dogs; training and picking-up at shoots on a regular basis.
Since the kids have grown up and our professional life has slowed down, a couple of years ago we decided to pick up breeding and showing our dogs again.
Our Labradors have English and American roots since we lived on both continents and were lucky enough to meet some "legends" of the breed.
